Quidditch at C2E2

Couldn’t help but repost this awesomeness of Quidditch at C2E2 again!

The IQA will be traveling to various conventions again this year to promote the game quidditch. Our first stop is at the Chicago Comic and Entertainment Expo (C2E2), held on April 13-15th. At last year’s C2E2, we presented a panel, held demo matches with IQA teams and hosted pick-up games for attendees. We’d like to do this again and make the experience even better!

If you or your team are in the Midwest, love Quidditch, or have never been to a comic con but would like to, don’t miss out on this opportunity! The IQA is still looking for volunteers and TWO teams to make this C2E2 a success!

Volunteers will be helping out with tabling and selling merch, reffing, setting up equipment for games, greeting demo match teams, etc. Quidditch teams will be partipcating in demos matches as well as teaching attendees how to play the game, assisting with our Kidditch Panel and helping out with IQA tabling. The plus? FREE day passes so you can enjoy lots of awesome (and geeky) programming!

Interested people and teams should fill out the applications below. Please make sure to fill everything out as thoroughly as possible and make sure to check off C2E2.

All applications are due at 11:59pm EST on Saturday, March 25th.

Remember, if you can’t make it to this con, we’ll be going to more later in the year.  Any questions, comments (and suggestions for future conventions) should be directed to Kristina Moy (k.moy@internationalquidditch.org) or Logan Anbinder (logan.anbinder@internationalquidditch.org).
